i had the pacesetter catback on my 87 n/a, it made a nice sound with the stock cat converters and wasnt too loud at all. when i replaced the cats with a bonez race pipe it sounded great. however i did have a few issues with it fitting properly as it is cheaply made and is a bit thin concidering how hot the exhaust is on a rotary but i had tools available to basicly make the thing fit together. i wouldnt buy one again, however i found it was a good deal at the time. right now i have a pacesetter header and it was on my car for less than a month and had less than 500 miles on it and has been sitting in my garage for 9 months and has started to get some pretty serious surface rust that will have to be taken care of but it works and the design seems to be good enough. once again i would get a better quality header but for now it will do. i hope the sound isnt too bad, i never really got to hear what its supposed to sound like due to a few major exhaust leaks basicly it sounded like it had no exhaust at all and drove me crazy. so bottom line is that pacesetter stuff will do what you want it to, but it isnt very good craftsmanship.
