hello all, car is going in for paint in 2 weeks anything i missed ? advice? I will be sanding with 2000 wet this week top will be off

Yes. Talk to your paint guys. 2000 seems way too fine. Paint may not adhere. I'm not a paint guy. Take advice at own risk. That is all.

edit: take out fog lights. Minimize **** that gets masked.

more edit: door handles...etc. you get the point.

Yeah.... devide your grit by 5.

Final sand primer with 400 prior to paint.

Prep the **** out of it too with final wash. Pull door handles, as well.... i regret not doing that.

cover the backside of the FTP holes

 

color will be black ,silver or red dont know? this is the color of the seats i covered trying to pick a good color ? fog light will be out why pull door handles I took them out and took the hard black seals off ?
