Arrow any interest in modernized S5 taillights?

Hello,

Ive been doing some experimenting with S5 taillights, I have done this to a few sets for local folks and was wondering if anyone here would be interested in having this service, what i do to the lights is remove the inner defusers, reseal the lenses, wetsand then tint the lenses, after tinting them i will ensure that the tint lasts a long time and looks ultra smooth and shinny by spraying them with real ppg automotive clearcoat in my paintbooth at my bodyshop. The clearcoat will then be sanded and buffed to a super shine.
What im planning on doing is buying a bulk amount of tail lights so those who dont have any stock ones, i can provide a set. What i will do is have extra stock of finished sets so if you have a un chipped or cracked set you can send in yours and i will send you the new finished set..for a discounted price for the cores.
so here are your options,
1. buy a set without any cores for full price. TBA

2. if for some reason you want your specific set done then send them to me and i will do them, however the turn around wont be as fast due to me having to find time to do them. discounted price due to receiving your cores

3. Send me your core tails and i will send you a completed set this will be a fast turn around. discounted due to receiving your cores. if your car is a daily driver then you can send me full price amount for a new set and i will send out a set i have in stock and when you get them you can mail your cores back to me and i will return the core portion of your payment. It is very important that your core tail lights are NOT cracked and cannot have ANY chipped edges. because keep in mind your cores will be used to modify and send to other people so they must be in good condition. minor scratches/fading is ok as i can repair that during the process. If you are not sure if any blemishes on your cores are acceptable It may be a good idea to send me detailed pictures before you ship them to me. If i receive your cores and they are not usable then the core value will not be refunded and i will ship you back the lights at your cost.
I will have a better idea of how much this service will cost when my bulk vendor gets back to me on how much ill be paying for a bulk amount of sets to keep in stock.
here are some pictures of what they will look like, i will get some detailed up close shots of them later today so let me know what you guys think so i can get an idea of weather or not i should start doing this. Also if you want your tails tinted lighter or darker i can do that but turn around wont be quite as fast due to having to do a custom order. Thanks

Very nice looking... You should send me a PM when you find out how much it'd be for a new set with out the cores.

great! i forgot to mention that if you do not want them tinted i can just remove the defussers and clearcoat them to make them look really nice. also i can make the tint as dark or light as you want

these are easy to do tho just drop ur tails in a bucket of hot water to pull them apart, pull the plastic out then reseal them closed. theres a rite on this just use the search..
