Any idea how to make single exit turboback quiet?

Any idea how to make single exit turboback quiet?
Any idea how to make a single exit turboback be as quiet or close to a RB (juss a exaerated example) juss not loud... maybe like the note it would have with cats on, but at the same time not loose power

1. put a cat on.
2. use an exhaust flow control
3. a silencer

you will notice a little loss in power but why should that matter if your not at the track.

The only way to make it quieter without restricting flow is to add more straight-through mufflers under the car and/or replace the rear muffler with one with a bigger can.

Or fit a dual system...
