any harm in repairing dash light

Hi, I bought my rx7 half a year ago from an individual who had all repair documentation etc. after driving it I started to notice weird electrical issues, the dash clock never worked, fine I tought at first, fuel light never turns on even tho I've only got 2L of fuel left (seeing how much went in my tank and the specified amount noted in the Haynes manuel)

and the washer light is always on eventough both tanks are full, ruling out that all half of my sensors magicly failed I tought it were the common soldering issues with these old cars.

I opened the dash light panel and found multiple wire bridges cut, not even desoldered same with some diodes,
Im planning on repairing these cut wires, for obvious reasons, but I'd like to know if anyone has any tips or things I need to consider because at finding 4 bridges and 3 diodes missing I'm a bit at a loss of words as to what to think.

Any feedback would be appreciated! 🥲
