Any differences between s4 lsd's

Are there any differences between s4 lsd's. Is the tII lsd any better than the gxl, gtu lsd?

I'm going to do a ls1 swap and am trying to pick the right fc.

The Turbo ones use a 8 inch ring gear instead of the 7 inch one found in the non turbos, but other than that they are pretty much the same.

And V8 swaps are covered and posted in the Other Engines section of the forum, not here in the 2nd gen technical section.

Is the turbo one stronger or the same?

Math dictates that the TII rear end is stronger.

The Turbo differential is generally considered to be stronger than a non turbo differential. The Turbo half shafts that bolt up to the Turbo differential are radically stronger than the non turbo ones.
