Another won't start, HKS EVC possibly

Ok so I picked up a 1990 vert with a s5 turbo swap, and it was running decently but now it won't start, it wants to and idles at like 100rpms for a few seconds then dies after cranking for like 20 seconds. The only time it comes close to starting is with the gas pedal pressed then as soon as I release it nothing. It does have a HKS EVC that was ripped out "just the module part with the display" I got it all reinstalled but I dunno if that would cause anything since it ran without for a little while. And I have checked ALL vacuum lines and FMIC couplers and the TPS is at 1ohm - 3.89@wot. And it does have the throttle body mod, and most vacuum lines removed

If the HKS EVC had no voltage to the solenoid it will revert back to stock.
So If you unplug the solenoid or the controller it will just act as if the solenoid is a piece of hose.
