Another Surging idle problem (DAMN IT!!)

Damn it,

OK a few days ago, my idle was freaking perfect, it idled around the 750~800 park, sounded like the turbo was boosting (I have a fcd, so I don't know if it's boosting at all, I never seen it go past vaccum).

But during the fine turning process (tweaking the tps via the light bulb method), my friend spotted that one of my sec injectors were leaking so we pulled off the manifold, and replaced a pinched o-ring on of one of the injectors, (we replaced both just to be safe), the other injectors looked good.

so we put everything back together, start the car and BAM car started doing the stupid surging again!!! (After I just had all the vaccum lines replaced and a few hoses here and there, also had the injectors cleaned and put a new gasket on the uim).

so I'm pretty much out of ideas at this point, I double checked all vaccum lines, everything looks according to the diagram.

any input ( I tried not working on the car recently because I just broke some stuff on the UIM that I gotta replace now)

The only thing I over looked was tps (IT CAN'T BE TPS!!!, it was fine tuned and it's brand new!!)

I also noticed when I threw the car in gear, it almost stalled and died but it saved itself somehow.

but yea any input would be helpful (I'm pretty close to calling a shop or ben to just get to take care of the problem!!! but I'll give it another 3~4 weeks)

So you adjusted your TPS with the injector leaking?
Now the injector is putting the proper amount of fuel into the intake charge.

You may want to check the TPS and tune it again so it compensates for the extra fuel. Not much but it could be your problem.

Judging by the fact it almost stalled on you when you went to move. Too much fuel equals improper ignition.

ah thats some real thoughtful input there!

I'll attempt to play with the tps tommorrow, gotta get the part I broke (I broke some lil piece of plastic that connects a hose to the intercooler (on the left side above the BAC, while facing the intercooler when you pop the hood open).

and ah what does improper igintion = ???

Basically it means that there is too much fuel for the amount of air going into the combustion chamber, therefore it will not burn correctly. This will cause either a misfire or a very poor burn within the combustion chamber leading to lack of power and a possibility of stalling.
