Another stupid exhaust question

I was wondering what material the Racing Beat catback is made of, and also if it bolts up to the stock location. Sorry if these have been answered already, I just got off of work, and Im too tired to look. Also, how loud and how well does it flow in comparisan with a single exhaust like I already have? TIA
