It was above freezing here in Michigan so I thought I would spend some QT with my car. I have resisted the idea of modernized tail lights because, well let's be honest, they are a bit ricey.

It's a free mod and I was bored so I went ahead and preheated the oven...

I am still undecided if I like them or not.

you need to spray tint them then clearcoat them with REAL automotive clearcoat used for car paint, not the rattle can clearcoat.. those tails without the tint will blind the hell out of anyone behind you...lol plus once they are tinted they look alot better...search around for pics of them once they are tinted.

 

Do you really think it's going to be bright enough that it would unsafe for someone behind me without tint?

 

it would be bright enough that you will get pulled over by the cops if they get behind you..
