Do your "idiot lights" work? The ones around the clock? I think buzzing is rev limit / overheating. Beeping could be seat belts.

The buzzer is low coolant, low oil and/or redline.

only a couple of the lights work... its not coolant oil or redline those make different noises... i think it might be exhaust to hot because thats a light and it only starts beeping after i drive for a little bit...

Mine does the same thing, I believe mine is the speed sensor. My tach works but not the speedo, actually its not even connected thanks to the PO. I just bought a new cable for like 20 bucks to my door, and will be putting it on this weekend when i change my dash gauges. There is a FAQ's page here that specifically describes all the beeps that the car makes, beeps not buzz's, and will most likely help you in figuring out exactly what your issue is. Also my powersteering isnt hooked up, but after disconnecting that sensor, it still beeps. Hopefully itll be resolved by sunday

Check the coolant. If the car Heats up and there is air in the cooling system the Air will make the Buzzer go off..also Low oil will make it go crazy.
Check you power steering fluid and connections to the PS unit sensor.
and if your Warning lights/Instrument panel are not working,I would seriously consider putting in gauges to warn you as to What the engine's Fluids are and the Relative temps.
