Annoying Beeping Sound ???!?! HELP

I have a s4 tII and i removed the all the abs components. Now the car beeps every once in a while. Sometimes it's 1 beep sometimes its 2, 3,4 etc. I need to know where the speaker is so I can rip it out.

Anyhelp

Thanks.

Do a search on ABS removal. I'm sure the same issue has come up.

If you really want it gone, and don't want to see if it's fixable, the speaker is in the CPU. The CPU is next to the fuse box by the clutch pedal. The downside to removing it is that the beeping can signal problems with systems like the power steering.

Hmmm, you have me stumped. I avoid abs since I hate them.

Like in the PM I sent, find the ABS control unit by the ECU, and unplug it. It might have a speaker of its own. A warning light might start to come on in the warning light cluster, but that can be addressed later.

To be sure, this sound is a beep and not a loud obnoxious buzz right? The second would be the low oil / coolant buzzer.

No it's not the constant buzzer. It's a "beep-beep". I just want to remove the speaker.

get under the dash between the seat and the pedals. If you look up under the dash right inline with the clutch pedal should be a silver box, with a wirring clip. Reach up slowly and unplug that harness. Thats how i stopped the beeping on mine when i removed the PS and AC stuff. The buzzer will still work tho, so no worries, it just eliminates the beeps

A little late, but...that's the P/S control unit, it has nothing to do with the ABS. There is a separate control unit for that.

I removed my abs over a year ago (and get no beeping) But I've been looking for the ABS control unit for the longest time. Where teh hell is it!?!?

I'm assuming its under the dash because its not near the ecu or near the pedals...

My guess would be behind the glove box, which is where the stock alarm control unit is hidden. 5 screws and the glove box pops out and gives plenty of access back there. Neither of my cars have had ABS, so I've never personally seen it, but it's in the FSM. There's just no diagram with its location.
