amps don't work

I was changing my battery today, and I did something really really stupid, I hooked up the terminals the wrong way. I guess it was cause the new battery had the terminals on the opposite sides of the original and I didn't pay attention. Anyways, I blew my main fuse, and my room fuse, both of which have been replaced. However, I have 2 amps in there that don't work, but the radio works fine. The amps run on 4 gauge wire which is connected to the fuse, but that doesn't seem to be blown. Then the 4 gauge splits into 2 at another junction which has 2 fuses, both of which seem ok. Could I have possibly blown the amps?

the deck's working, my back speakers aren't amped, they're fine, i think I narrowed down the problem, it's the 4 gauge power cable. I think the connection on it isn't clean enough
