Amplifier location for headrest speakers?

Behind the driver's seat, on the frame underneath the spare tire cover. Right where the flooring goes up a bit. At least that's where the FSM says it is, and where the cut wires were on mine (the prev. owner ditched it for a custom setup, and left me with nothing but wires there... no fear I've got a 4-channel amp muuuahhh! 
). Anyway, just pull the spare tire cover off, and you may have to move some additional panels around but it should be *right* there behind the driver's seat.
