American Racing wheels Problem

Hey guys, I bought some wheels off this one guy in Cali and he ummm... screwed me over. I bought off him some American Racing wheels for my 89 GTU. They are 16x7 and 16x9's. The 16x7's Fit Fine.. Now on the 15x9's i noticed that the holes where a oval.. They are 3 piece rims (look like the Vert rims) and was wondering if anybody knew if you can take em to a shop to get em Fixed? Here are a couple of pics to show you what i mean by them being Oval.

I'm betting that the Wheels were Originally a Boplt Pattern of 5x114..the FC is 5X114.3..so If you try to put on the 114's instead of the 114.3's the Nuts won't go on properly,so Hence the Previous Owner ,drilling the holes to make the Lugs, and nuts fit.

you can get some hub centric rings from h&r and they will keep the wheel in the proper place. i got some 15x8 enkie mesh from a ford bronco at the scrap yard and the center bore was massive. i need the rings to keep the wheel in the correct place while bolting them to the hub.

also 2 of my good friends design wheels for a living and they use these so i trust them.
