Am I missing factory fogs?

Just curious guys but the clear lenses under the pop up headlights on my car and empty..

was this just a physical appearing design or was this made for a dealer installed fog light option or something?

just curious cause when I changed my headlights I noticed there was nothing behind them lenses.

these clear lenses are called flash to pass lenses. back in the 80's people would flash their lights before and during a pass...so mazda made it possible to just keep the headlights down during the day but still be able to flash when passing

In Japan, the FC did have lights behind the lenses. They're available from Corksport.

I've been temped to get them but I'd like to hear from someone who has them before I do.

I just assume have no fog lights since that way the front brakes get more air (those are brake ducts BTW...).

That's what I was talking about... I would assume people would know I was talking about where the foglights are SUPPOSED to go.
