I only have to belts in front of my radiator when it looks like there are a number of pulleys that should be spinning. Was this done on purpose for any reason? BTW: My AC does not work.

Looks like you are missing an AC belt AND an air pump belt. If the air pump was removed, get a dual pulley on that alternator ASAP.

ditto.....the ac belt could be off to save milage....but the air pump belt helps the alt not slip...get another alt belt and make a dualie........search higgie, he makes dual alt pullies
