also is there a specail way to bolt on the t-stat cover? i got an extra one from the junk yard and i dont want to crack it againdo i go from top to sides?

also the manual show i just put the new oring around the gaskets and bolt it in. are they missing a gasket? it seems like it would leak easy with just the oring gaskey.

thanks

yeah, i wish i ordered it when i was gettin my other parts from them, i guess ill pray the other plastic one i have will hold for now untill i have $120 to spare.

so is there a special way to bolt these on? i really do think i should use a bigger washer so that it covers the insert on each bolt hole. i think those bolt insert on each bolt hole is the main cause of all tstat failure. it can cause cracks, and leaks from not sealing right due to the inserts being pushed in by the bolt causeing it so sit higher on the surface.

thanks for the replies
