I wonder me that no one produce altezza style tailight for our FCs

asking this is a bad idea...the reason that there aren't altezzas for the fc is that too few want them, and the car wouldn't look good with them to begin with...

You don't want an RX-7 too look like some Honda product that a Ricer got a hold of...

 

So why do people swap the frontlights then???
The tails on an S5 don't look halfbad, but if a nice alternative exists it's always worth considering I'd say.
In any case, I haven't seen anything so far

 

people swap the fronts for better visibility and or to get rid of the pop ups.


Altezzas are for ricers

 

You haven't seen any so far for a couple of reasons:

1) There is no demand for them
2) It's an obscure car for a product like that
3) There is no demand for them

And the reason there is no demand fore them is bc they look like craaaaaaaap (fat bastard voice) hehe

 

Ahhh dude why? The Rx-7 taillights are nice specally the S5

 

Let's keep S4 lights on S4's then, because if you have an S4 don't pretend you're driving an S5.
If you're not happy with the way it looks, change it.
Bet you'd be happy if your wife said the same thing

 

Slight correction, the few people in demand don't follow thorugh with the "Yeah I'll buy it" statements.

 

Plus we legit S5 owners don't need you guys jacking up the price on our spare parts! Same goes for all you "5-lug conversion" aficionados.

 

As far as I know there isnt an aftermarket company that designs/manufactures these types of rea brake lights for our vehicles

HOWEVER, i have seen many people cut up and chop the oh-so-nice 89-91 tails and install clear inserts.

*Please refrain from chopping ANY 89-91 tail lights and creating your OWN version of clear brake lights*

Altezzas are for people who like altezzas....

Personally I don't like them. But, I don't look down amongst people who sport altezzas as people lower than myself. Maybe they're ignorant people inspired by the fast and the furious, maybe they are great tuners and like altezzas and don't realize how much of a hate for them exist.

But yeah there isn't much of a market for them, the companies who make altezzas probably dont see it being worth it

 

hey, I don't like altezzas personally, but if you got the money for them and can FIND them for an FC, and you like how they look, then that is all that really matters IMHO, but personally, it would make it look like ricer crap
