If done an s4 to s5 t2 swap and in my haste I forgot to swap the trans harness until the harness was already in the car. Now I cannot figure out which connector goes the alternator (i removed the end section of the connector) and the clutch and reverse switches on the trans are completely different between series.

also the starter doesnt turn over when I turn the key. I believe that is only because the clutch switch isnt depressed.

Im running a Haltech btw if that matters.
