Hey, I searched but didn't find any pics or info on these 2 connection that answered my question.

I put a pic attached with the part I am refering to.

There is a black piece on the Alt that connects to a brown piece from the harness. Well it looks as if the previous owner did some shaving of the plastic on those connection to make them connect together I guess.

Is there suppose to be something in between the two connection? or do they just push together and tighten down with the nut?

Just that one power wire....

Thread a nut on it and tighten..
