Alarm and Turbo Timers

Hi guys I'm a new member here, buying my first RX-7 tomarrow and had a question I can't seem to find anywhere except 1 place and it was for the FD's. How can I make a Turbo Timer work with the stock alarm system? or even an aftermarket one? meaning, when it finally shuts the car off it sets the alarm.

It won't work with the stock alarm without the stock alarm being re-wired. The stock system is not passive.

Aftermarket alarms, however can be made to work with a Turbo timer with just a relay and diode.

But I never saw the point of wasting your money on a Turbo Timer for a FC anyway since the Turbo is water cooled. Turbo timers were for cars that only used oil cooling on the bearings.

Yeah, at the alarm brain, you cut the ignition lead and T off the key sense lead to feed the alarm brain 12 volts on the input ignition lead when the key is in.
