Airtex fuel pump kit ??? or Bosch kit ?

I know S5 Turbo and NA pumps are different (different part number at least)

Airtex sells a fuel pump kit, but just 1 part number. E8119. it didn't say if its Turbo or NA. I guess that means its good for both ? Anybody tried this before?

Bosch have a fuel pump kit too, but I have no idea what's included. Anybody ?

No I don't want a used pump.

i take it your looking at advance auto parts. they're just the pump kit with no strainer. i bought a new bosch and strainer for my s5. someone had posted a bad experience with their airtex pump.

Those brands are both new pumps, I would contact airtex and see what the flow rate on the pump for the fc3s is. If it is good for both cars, then it would have to at least meet the flow rate of the stock TII pump which is higher than the NA pump....

Im thinking maybe its a better Idea to go stock pumps again (price is not a problem, I can get it from MMS and it cost about the same if not less )

Im not sure if the pump is failing, but I know almost nothing about the FC (the past 220K miles), so might be a better idea to just replace it.

thx for the post. Im reading it

what to do what to do ...

I worked part time at AAP for a few months and we had people return the Airtex pumps. Poor quality. I'd go with Walbro or a known good factory pump.

yeah ... I probably gonna go with Factory pump.

The strainer is out of stock right now from Mazda(they're selling it as a set with the pump itself)

I know I can just buy another one but its cheaper at Mazda so I guess I will just wait.

Thx for the help guys
