I want to make a cold air intake. Yes yes I know i already have a heat sheild and ducting planned. Its not so much for power but for looks. I have an 88 N/A 7 and I dont know what to do with the MAF sensor. I dont know how I would go about hooking it up with custom filter and ducting. I konw alot of people have put custom intakes on and I would like to know how you solved this dilema. Thanks

 

All you need is the adapter. Search for "air flow meter adapter" or "air filter adapter". Available almost anywhere including eBay. Also used on many BMWs if you check the wreckers...

Searching for "cold air intake" and variations should turn up all you need.
