air line?

air line?

when i replaced the cats on my 88gxl there is a small pipe tht runs up into the engine i believe tht connects to the main cat.. wat is it and is it neccasary?

i belive it is for the fifth/sixth port things. but i might be wrong.

sends air to open the 5th/6th ports. you need it if tis an NA. If its an NA youll need to either buy a cat with the connector for it or take the one you have to a muffler shop to get custom work done.
