I searched for "how to install air fuel gauge" and this thread was about 1/4 way down the page:

Also, pay no attention to those that say the gauge is "just for looks". True, you won't do much tuning with it, but it's far from usless. The reasons have been covered here many times.

Sure there are uses, and I guess it's good that it's free.....I dunno, I'm just spoiled on widebands.
