air/fuel issues

ok so I'm running super rich, and the air/fuel is way speratic which makes the hp do the same... I took it to a dyno to try and fix it but my AFC wouldn't adjust it at all... I'm going to check all the connections tommorrow. but anyway, I just had it rebuilt and streetported about 4k miles ago or close to that, so I think maybe it didn't get hooked up right? but I'm not too sure about it cause I didn't put it on to begin with so any ideas from anyone? I could use anything right now cause even the guys at the dyno didn't know what was up

1. I smell it big time 2. my mechanic said it 3. the guys at the dyno said it. so I'm pretty sure it is running rich. my mechanic said he didn't find any trouble with the fuel pump.
