When you construct a TID is it best to use a cone or cylinder filter and what size should be used

First go with a cotton material like the K&N's unles your doing baja or some sort of off roading, this is what i would suggest. Then i would go with the filter that has the most amount of filtering surface area per square inch.....that is if you extend the filter so it would lay flat which one would have the most amount of fabric.........got it good.... the more fabric the more it air it can filter out and the more air you'd get....yada-yada
