air filter hose fitting
During my search for a vacuum leak I noticed on the left side of the air filter housing there is a plastic tube that looks like a fitting for a hose. It is near the top just under the cover.

That's probably the connection for the air pump hose. That won't cause a vac leak as such because it's before the AFM, but it is allowing a bit of unfiltered air into the engine.

NO, not the big air pump hose. It is there. This is a smaller fitting right by the pressure sensor module on the left side of the airbox.
And it wouldn't be unfiltered since it is on the top side (before) the air cleaner.

It's on the RIGHT and on the back side of the filter assy. It comes with a CAP on it. It goes nowhere.
