is it difficult to install air conditioning system for an fc3s???\

when i turn on the ac i can hear air blowing, dat means the car
is equiped with the system right ? then how come the air is not coming out of the vent???

 

Even cars without AC have a blower motor.

Assuming your car is equipped with AC- if you've ever looked under the hood I can't see how you'd miss it- perhaps the Logicon is acting up or the AC system needs to be serviced/recharged.
