air bubbles in clutch line....

Ok a few weeks back, my clutch pedal wouldnt come back up. No pressure. I think it was the slave cylinder, when I took it off, the rod popped out. So I bought a rebuild kit for that and the clutch master cylinder.

Rebuilt those.. Filled them up.. Heres the problem though, infinite air bubbles when bleeding...

Im sure I rebuilt them right. The only part Im not totally sure on was the slave cylinder, one of the seals is tapered and I figured it could only go in one way, with the larger side being inserted first between the spring and the rod.

Clutch pedal works but sometimes does not come up or engages too soon.

So I just placed an order with mazdatrix for a stainless clutch line.
Any other ideas what I should look at? Fluid level remains the same, No noticeable leaks or anything.

Make sure you rebuilt your slave and/or master cylinder properly. A couple months ago my clutch master cylinder went and I had similar symptoms you had.

i know for a fact that there is a 'how-to' in the archive for rebuilding clutch master and slave. think it might even still be on the first page.

new clutch and slave is like $100, why did you bother rebuilding it yourself?
buy a new one and chalk it up as a learning experience
