Ahhh Rant Rant Gone To Bed

Sorry i have to do this...... Why does everyone in the second gen forum act like the only way to extract power from a rotary is slap in a T2 motor? There is so much power availble just from porting and polishing the motor...why the turbo craze? why... I had a 91 300tt and i was very unimpressed with the turbo setup. I autocrossed it several times, the turbo would kick in right as I was getting ready to brake resulting in a lot of squealing and unpredictable wheel spin..yes i do know there are managment systems for the turbo setups so don't post a response with how your car has a turbo timer.. blah blah. I am just so sick of everyone asking me if my car has a turbo on it. NO it doesn't it never will. I cant afford one. No i'm not jealous, I just don't get it. Why not supercharge? Why is turbo the thing to do? Is it because of the stupid ff movie? Old muscle cars made hella power without turbos....why isn't having a fast N/a car respectable anymore? Rant off. Going to bed i gave myself a headache.. sorry to all those i offended...

-A NA rotary isn't a pushrod V8.
-Don't floor it and you won't get wheelspin.
-There's not many NA pushing over say 230RWHP that can idle smoothly at 750 with no power adders.
