AGH Car won't start up!

so 5 days ago i noticed the heater hose busted spewing coolant prompting me to shut off the car as soon as i started it after the coolant buzzer went off. ordered the new hose the following day and did not recieve it until today.

replaced the old hose buttoned everything back up and now the car won't start! when i crank it i do smell fuel in the air. could i have unhooked something in the cramped hose area? or am i just really flooded?

89 TII w/ rebuilt 13bt w/ large SP ~5000 miles
75lb secondaries
HKS filter w/ custom TID
255lph Walbro

- fired up car then immediately shut down once coolant buzzer came on
- heater hose bust a leak
- recieved new hose 5 days later
- replaced hose now car won't start
- strong smell of fuel in air

I would vote for flooded first, do the deflood procedure by taking out the spark plugs.

Just hold the gas peddle to the floor and crank it for 10 sec, pause for 10 sec, crank for 10 sec. until it starts. S5's cut the fuel when the peddle is floored during starting.
