Exclamation Again Another Serious Electrical Question PLEASE HELP !!!

well....... i was hitting a corner on the way to my house this morn at about 25mph and i downshifted and gave it a little gas i was going easy on the car ..(reg driving) well all of a sudden a huge backfire out of the exhaust and car slowly died(i also heard a whistling sound while it was slowly dying) and the tach went crazy and then finally died.. so now there is no power at all not even a click when i turn the ignition switch..almost as if i didnt have my battery connected.... but what may have happened? ecu died? coil died? wtf could it be?

Maybe it would make your car shut down like that if your car was running on the battery alone and it ran out of juice.
