Aftermarket Seats + Brackets in RHD RX7....

Here's my problem, 90% of you wont have it but since my car is RHD and while i use the sparco aftermarket seat brackets with aftermarket seats, the seat sits an inch higher on MY drivers side to the point where i cant fit my legs under the steering wheel and have to sit like a french ***** in the seat while my head rests on the roof....

if it was LHD it would be fine since it's the passangers side, but, is there ANY way i can lower the front of the seat?, anyway possible?...

the side of the bracket rests against the floor pan, but the side nearest the door i could lower easily, any idea's guys!?

i'm 6feet tall and i cant drive the 7 like like this....

get a different bracket or seat. most aftermarket seat mounts sit higher than the stock position

RIGHT THERE WITH YA! almost.

I have a corbeau fx1 pro, and without a helmet, my head touches the headliner. With all the seat pads removed, the helmet still hits. An event is next weekend, so I've gotta cut down the bracket before then. I'll just be removing the sliders, and having a 1/4" steel bracket welded below the slider, and drill the necessary points. I'm also going to try to find the same thread on the seat mounting nut, and put some washers on the front of the seat mounts to recline it some.

Why can't FCs have more effing head room!? Actually, how much space can be made by removing the headliner out of an s4 sunroof model?
