Aftermarket oil cooler?

Currently transplanting a S5 TII engine into a Triumph GT6. Yeah, it's gonna be scary when finished.

I've done rotary swaps before and been fiddling with them for ages, I've always been able to retain the stock oil cooler. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case here; there's just not enough room in the nose of the car when I have the Afco radiator and front mount intercooler in place, and one of the criteria for this project is that other than wheels it will need to look stone stock from the outside, so no chopping holes etc.

So I'm looking into an aftermarket oil cooler, for various reasons the Hayden 778 is the leading contender and I'm wondering if anyone here has hands on experience with it. If it helps, I'm limited to an area 10 1/2 x 15 x 2 1/2 thick and I know I'll need to run an oil thermostat.

honestly, i'm not sure i'd trust that cooler in a turbo rotary, but i'm admittedly perhaps a bit more neurotic when it comes to custom oil coolers.

have you looked at the FD or Rx-8 coolers? both are relatively small and have obviously been designed with cooling at least a 250 HP rotary in mind.

I'm running an aftermarket setrab cooler on my autocross car, working well so far.

Setrab 34-Row, Series 6 Oil Cooler 50-634-7612

Improved racing also makes a very nice thermostat:
