TBmod requires idle recal.

Though personaly.. I think its just flooded like a ****. Hey its an Rx-7.. if it wants to flood, it will...

Oh, and after the TBMod, you'll usually have to blip the throttle while cranking. BLIP, not WOT, Tap, or anything above 1/2" pedal movement or you'll flood.

My experience with the Tb Mod anyway... friggin PITA that doesn't really give any results other than a cumbersome start and no cold idle.

Yeah~ it could be vac leak or flooded.

but I already checked a gazillion times for vac leak.

I did the unflooding procedure every single time before I tried starting her.

it might be the TPS and the bad timing... but how can I adjust them when I can even get the car running?

Plug wires connection are good.

The car should at least start and run even if the TPS is totally unplugged.

Did you by any chance reverse the fuel lines?

Sounds like a vacuum leak though.

Did you go over all the block off plates and intake manifolds with rtv and new gaskets? I Had a big vacuum leak that sounds exactly like yours, everything was checked, put rtv on the acv and the lim-middle manifold and boom, fires right up to normal, then i let it idle and warm up, set timing, set idle, set tps and she's a champ now

fuel lines are good.

All block off plates have RTV applied~
UIM to LIM has the original gasket on~ looks ok but stuck to LIM. Maybe I should RTV here?
