Advice on getting into fuel tank

Hey guys, we are attempting to replace the stock S4 turboII pump with a new walbro 255lph...but the problem is that the phillips head screws are some what corroded and we are gonna strip them to get them out. Anyone run into this problem??

Sears has these awesome bits made specifically for getting stripped screws out.. I think they're called (unoriginally enough), screw extractors. We have a set at home, and they work great! I'd look into getting ahold of a set of those..

We're looking to make replacement screw kits for those darn screws.
They will be all SS hardware and be in cap socket configuration with an included hex key.
The fuel pump cover uses 8 of them, and if you can get to the check valve in the center, another 4 more.  I'll throw in 15 (3 extra) of the SS cap screws with hex key for $15 shipped?

This will fit ALL FC's, turbo and non-turbo.

ya we tried those screw extractors and all they were doing, even at a VERY low speed, were acting like a reverse center drill. So we just drilled the heads off and pulled the rest of the screw out with vice grips. Thanks guys.
