Question adjustment question

I just got done setting my tps ( my car was running extremly rich), I used the led testlight. But know it doesnt seem to be running quite as strong as it was before. I did see my mechanic adjust the BAC valve, (I dont know why) Can anyone tell me how to adjust the BAC valve so that I know its working properly? Or at least give me a clue as to how I can test it? Appreciate all the help you can give me.

if you have a Haynes manual or the factory service manual, which you can download for free at www.fc3s.org those books will show you how. The BAC adjust your idle when the car is under load from the A/C or power steering.

if your warm idle is at 750 the BAC is fine. it's to change the idle speed.
