additional injector question
ok i have a half bridge motor and secondary injectors that are ~800cc. instead of having the large secondaries could i put in the stock size injectors and then use one of the dual injector manifilds and a injector controller to make up for the fuel? or is this a bad idea? what are the risks of this and benefits i may see?
Bad idea. Firstly, bigger injectors in the stock locations with a fuel controller will always give better results than additional injectors and a crude AIC. Secondly, with a bridgeport you should be seriously considering a programmable EMS anyway.
razorback I was considering doing something like this for my vert turbo. I was thinking that I will go with 720 primaries 1600 secondaries and adding one stock 550 plummed in just for safety and see if I can get my haltech tuned for it to come on at 8k or something like that. I plan on getting a GT series turbo in the near future. I have alot to do after my breakin of my new motor.
