adding a contact point?

Yeah so some guy (who i know has no idea about rotarys) was trying to tell me he called this rotary professional and u can add another contact point to the rotar and increase your horse... i did a search after blowing it off as misinformation.. but figured i would ask anyways.. adding another contact point to the rotar would make it a square... and i dont think it would fit/ work / make any damned sense... please fill me in so i can tell this guy to call up another "expert"

There is no reason to post three times in a row to get your point accross. There is an edit button.
