ACV removal?

Will removing the ACV affect the twin scroll actuator? What will blocking off the ACV affect? Thanks for your time!

THe ACV wont affect your twin scroll, as far as I know. I run mine without the ACV, and it doesnt affect anything other then the fact that you need to remove your cats.

Of course, I have my twin scroll wired open also....

I wired the scroll open cause my actuator was frozen. No other particular reason. Some people remove it. Honestly, without it, my turbo seems to spool faster.

The ACV has no effect on the twin-scroll system whatsoever.

The ACV controls whan air gets sent to the exhaust to reduce emissions. If you remove it the air pump becomes redundant (and vice versa) and can be removed, and if you still have the stock cat then you should remove that too, as it will overheat and clog without air injection.
