ACT xtreme pressure plate problems

I've had this pressure plate for about ten months. This will be the second time i'm having to replace the ball on the clutch fork. Is there any particular reason that this part breaks like this? Also does anyone have any ways to reinforce that part of the clutch?

Id really appreciate some help with this cause I like the pressure plate now and I have no problems driving even in really heavy traffic. i have a 6puck unsprung disc also if that helps

It's cause of the extra heavy pressure plate pressure (boy, did that make sense?).
It's a common failure with those PP's.

yes it is obvious that the pressure plate is causing it to break. Can i do anything to the ball to make it any stronger? and if so would it even be worth it to not just get a heavy duty pressure plate?
