act flywheel

im thinking of ordering the act light flywheel. i started to search about it and something about a counterweight came up.... stock s4 turbo has counterweight built in it... would the act flywheel have one in it too or do i need to order that seperate? thanks

they should sell the counterweight you need. It will bold on to the new flywheel.

Or, you can go to the for sale section and buy a counterweight from a RX-7 that had an automatic tranny. Those weren't built into the auto tranny flex plate, they bolted on. So if you have an 86-88 RX-7, you can get a weight from a 86-88 automatic, and it should bolt to your new flywheel.

that's all the act flywheel is, a really thick auto driveplate.

i just put mine in the other day. its alot cheaper to get a counterweight from somone on the forum rather than from them. rx7store.net wanted 119 for a counterweight and i got one from a member for 35 bucks
