ABS parts removal.

Ok my car(S5 TII) is already converted to non-abs brakes but it still has the wheel sensors and the rotors on the hub assembly?(not sure if I am calling it the right thing) my question is can I leave the sensor rotor's off? Because obviously they seem to take up some space in there. Has anyone left the rotors out of there and just re-assebled all the other parts? I know that the rotors ARE removable but I don't know if they are essential to the whole unit for it to rotary properly and such. :/

I ont think that they are necessary. There is a space between the hub and where the wheel fits. take them off, then put the hub on and see if it dosent look right.

the ABS was out of the question for me. Anyways there are dissadvantages to having non-abs but I am used to it. Just about all N/a's don't have ABS right? its not a big thing for me. chunk it!
