I know that the rails are different on driver's side and passenger side seats, and that the adjusters are on the outside of the seats. I got an aftermarket seat for the driver's side, but my passenger seat is in pretty bad shape. I was wondering if i could use the driver's side seat on the passenger side with the passenger seat rails.

 

As far as I can tell it should work fine. Youll just have the recline control on the inside instead.
