??? about removing the 5th and 6th ports

Question ??? about removing the 5th and 6th ports

How much low end power will i lose if i just remove the ports all togethere? And will i hurt the motor in anyway if they are removed?

dude if they work properly DO NOT REMOVE THEM!!!! there is no point, your low end torque will suffer badly and you WILL NOT GET ANY MORE HORSE POWER! just keep them there.

well they are stuck closed and when i unstick them im just going to wire them open b/c im taking my air pump off when i put my header on. I thought that it would be better just to take them out all togethere. What would yall do?

well if they dont open up by using the airpump just pull them. i hope you dont have to pass emissions though.

hmm.. i'm about to go through the emmisions battle... the previous owner had the ports wired opened.. should i close them for a better chance at passing emissions?

and.. kind of hijacking the thread... will connecting a hose directly form my air pump to the air injection port on the cat help pass? and if so willa rubber hose clamp onto the port without melting? thanks...
