Angry Aaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

sorry, gotta vent! After all the **** I went through to get my damn car on the road, and after being able to drive it for just 4 days, my clutch blew out!!!!!! Talk about being pissed off I had to sit for an hour and wait for the bitch to get towed, in the cold, on a main road, I felt so dumb! The car did look all pretty and special on the back of the flatbed that came to get it But at least now it'll have a clutchmasters stage 2 in it, clutch is on the way, be here in 3 days, and then i should be back on the road again, till something else breaks . Oh well wish me luck and thanks for listening. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Look at it this way, now you know it's not going to break anytime soon again. Now would be a good time for a new clutch hydraulic system and some nice SS hoses... mmmm.....

hey, if I have lift acess and some mechanical know how, the right tools, and a haynes manual, I should be able to do this myself right??? I don't want to pay for install, and I'd feel better if I did the work! I figure I broke her, so I should make her right myself( it really is sick that my 7 seems like more than a car.... or is it?)

Yea, lift should help a lot. Quite few write-ups on the subject. Make sure you've got all the tools eg slide hammer to remove pilot bearing, and start soaking exhaust bolts/nuts with WD40.

You know in an emergancy, you can drive your car without a clutch...

To start off, with the engine off, just put it in gear and turn the starter... It'll go, and if you get good at it, it won't even sound that bad. Then for the rest of your gears, just rev match...
