hey, does any one know if you remove the little "lights" right below the pop-up headlights on a second gen, is there some one who makes an air scoop to replace it?

When you take the FTP lens out the hole is an air scoop. I've never heard of one, but that doesn't mean anything.

Cheers

there are inserts but i don't know where and they aren't really needed.

on another note, what is so important about removing these? besides your car looking like something fell out. i'm sure the cold air getting to that cone filter around the headlight is netting like 2.3543647563hp. i'm just a little miffed by it.

You can just pull them out and then black them out so they look black. Looks awesome on all cars I have seen it done on.

if you wanna make it look clean, take the FTP lens, cut a vent in it, fill it with bondo sand it out and paint it.

otherwise just remove the lens and call it done.
youre not gonna benefit that much gain from it, but it may help cool your air filter element.
