Question 90 side strips and bumpers on a 87??

Will the updated body strips and bumpers fit (neatly) on an 87 model RX7?
Has anyone tried this before?
I think it would look much better so I can color-code the strips.

Yes, they fit nicely, and look alot cleaner too. Ive started the project, but havent got it done yet, I have a 91 rear bumper and am in the process of getting the front bumper and moulding. Good luck!!
Yes, the 89+ front end looks a little more aggressive. BUT, you can also just paint your existing ones to match the car. A lot cheaper, looks almost as good.

I don't really like the look of the front and rear bumper of red 87s if they have been colour coded, yet red 1990 models look good.

Anyone else have an opinion or pics?
